Innotiimi was established in 1984 in Finland by Mr. Kari Helin. Today it is a growing international company with 51 consultants with offices in Finland, Sweden, Norway and France.

Steen's strength is sparring about Innovation Leadership in the Front End of Innovation, on personal and team level, with strong knowledge in the areas of: Idea Management, Creativity and Concept development. Steen has more than 17 years of experience with leadership of innovation, concept creation and new product development. Steen has in 3 years been team manager of New Product Concept Innovation at NOKIA R&D Center in Denmark.
Steen is a member of Front End of Innovation and Idea Management groups at Danish Technical University.
